All products are digital only and delivered electronically by email or download link shortly after payment. There is no physical shipment.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)

Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right expires once performance begins after the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
